the kitchen sink

well, she’s taking a chance on me. i’m officially of the non single persuasion. i asked her out in my usual unique to the situation way, and to my general suprise she said yes. i was suprised, were you suprised? i was suprised. which is suprising due to my normally only asking questions like that that i know the answer to. however, this was just too good a chance to pass up. she’s smart, funny, passionate about what she does, and on top of all of that is so beyond beautifuly sexy it’s not even funny. happy was a slight understatement for how i felt when she said yes, but she did, and i’m still all giddy. at any rate, i need to get some sleep before my concert today (6:30 at tri-city park in placentia), so have fun (while the peasents rejoice)!

so, at any rate, i’ve had a good couple of weeks. despite really bad headaches, a ticket from a cop (he tried to hit me and i get the ticket….arg!) and a multitude of other little things i’m seriously still having a good week. sunday started off awesomely, and every day since has been great! last night (well, this morning) when i got home i was listning to dean martin and this song got stuck in my head (more…)

looks like i’m a day late from my normal update date. so, while i sit here watching “Robin Hood Men in Tights” i figured i’d say hey.

so, last night i was at the DCI competition at Mt. SAC. and oh man has the route to get there changed. it was very funny actually. however, that was the first time i’d been to a DCI competition in a very long time. some of the shows were quite good, some need some help, and others we just won’t talk about. come to think of it, the company that i was keeping that night certainly made the whole thing that much more enjoyable. even impulse sounded good for a little bit there.

now back to my movie and getting ready for work. we’re just so busy!

well, me and my holiday luck strike again. if there was a way to screw it up, i’ve found it apparently.

update: it’s amazing what happens to your day when you let the people that care about you actually care about you. funny old world ain’t it?

well, here it is, saturday again. yippity skippity! i really need to go back to actually reporting on things and having fun with this site, but i’m just too busy with work and talking on the phone. yes, i talk on the phone alot more these days for some odd reason *wink*

at any rate, work is going well. i enjoy it quite a bit, trying to move up the ladder as fast as possible kinda thing. working on it, however slowly that may be.

and for all you mac users that haven’t gotten the newest version camino is actually quite good now. it’s become my browser of choice for the time being. the only downside it currently has is the “refresh” speed when i’m typing things like this, it lags just ever so slightly.
